High Court Approves Opt In Class Action for EQC On-solds

On 23rd August 2022, the High Court of Christchurch approved an opt in class action for EQC On-solds. Homeowners will be able to opt into the class action once the Court approves the format of the opt in notice as well as the content of communications that can be sent to potentially impacted customers.
